We add the shipping charges after we pack your order and weigh it.

If you are a resale customer, please FAX me a copy of your resale certificate at 1-559-322-8010 and I will include a resale card in your order. When you receive the card, please fill it out and return it to me. This procedure is done one time, after which you will be on-file with my company. Our resale customers are entitled to no tax and a additional 10% on your entire purchase. Minimum purchase of $35.00 to receive your 10% off. I must have a copy of your license in order for you to be considered a resale customer.
Backorders: I will not ship backorders at all.
I do not do cash refunds, I do exchanges only.
Returns: 30 day return with receipt only. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
